Soft chocolate coffee drop cookie studded with chocolate chips
Mix together 2 tsp instant coffee crystals and 2 tsp coffee liqueur set aside
Mix together
1 3/4 cups brown sugar
1 cup softened butter
Blend until well mixed
add 3 large eggs
blend on high for approx 2 minutes
turn off mixer and add
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
and coffee mixture
Blend until well incorporate
Add 2 1/2 cups flour and blend well
Add 2 cup Chocolate chips
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes
